UK Deliveries
Where possible, we will try to ship orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. Some orders, in particular bespoke designs and art work, may take a little longer – especially if the team are away at events and shows (do please check our News and Events pages for dates of our events).
Delivery is charged by weight so it's difficult to give an exact postage rate as all orders are different. However, 1 - 3 cards are £1.38; notecards and A4 prints are £3.00; larger prints range from £4.20 - £9.60 for a framed Limited Edition, delivered by courier.
All of our products are hand finished, and this does take a little time, so please allow plenty of time when buying gifts. We try to do our best….
Orders which class as large letters are sent by Royal Mail – we cannot guarantee delivery of these, especially during any postal disputes.
We use a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery service, and offer Special Next Day delivery for those more urgent orders. Please note: for Special Delivery you need to place your order before midday for it to be sent that day.
Heavier orders are sent by courier, so we would need to know a safe place for leaving them if you may be out at the time of delivery.
International Deliveries
We can ship to most addresses internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
